SAFETY:

  • Directive 2014/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonization of the laws of Member States relating to electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits.

PERFORMANCE:

  • Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 establishing a framework for the setting of eco-design requirements for energy-related products
  • Commission Regulation (EU) No 1194/2012 of 12 December 2012 implementing Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council about eco-design requirements for directional lamps, light emitting diode lamps and related equipment and supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of electrical lamps and luminaires
  • Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/1428 of 25 August 2015 amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 244/2009 about eco-design requirements for non-directional household lamps and Commission Regulation (EC) No 245/2009 with regard to eco-design requirements for fluorescent lamps without integrated ballast, for high intensity discharge lamps, and for ballasts and luminaires able to operate such lamps and repealing Directive 2000/55/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulation (EU) No 1194/2012 about eco-design requirements for directional lamps, light emitting diode lamps and related equipment
  • Directive 2010/30/EU on labeling and standard product information of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products
  • Commission Regulation (EU) No 874/2012 of 12 December 2012 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council about energy labelling of electrical lamps and luminaires
  • Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 518/2014 of 5 March 2014 amending Commission Delegated Regulations (EU) No 1059/2010, (EU) No 1060/2010, (EU) No 1061/2010, (EU) No 1062/2010, (EU) No 626/2011, (EU) No 392/2012, (EU) No 874/2012, (EU) No 665/2013, (EU) No 811/2013 and (EU) No 812/2013 about labelling of energy-related products on the internet
  • Directive 2011/65/EU replacing 2002/95/EC on Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS)
